The optimal way to find the best matches for your search:
Just type the description of the product you are looking for into the search field and click the "OK" button. Be sure not to use separators or combined word groups. With the button "Specified search" you have the option to list or isolate the products by price or you can search for the best dealer rating. With this option you can exclude bits and pieces or accessories from the search of a specified product. It is also possible to search a product category until a determined price limit is reached (i.e. washing machines up to € 600,-).


Example:
Instead of "Sony Digital camera DSC-P5" just type in "Sony DSC-P5". Because not every dealer uses the original product description of the manufacturer, it might be useful to vary the spelling while searching - for example adding or deleting hyphen or spaces.


Search results:
The results of your search will be shown to you in a list. The first products that will be listed are the once which have an entry in our product catalogue. If none of them matches your wishes you have the option to search our complete data base by using the search field.
If the searched product is listed in our product catalogue you can view its details by clicking on the picture or the button "Further information". Here you will find all dealers, who are offering the product you have searched for.

Product display:
Further information about a product can be found under the options "Text" and "Photo".
The column “Shipping” shows the shipment costs of the appropriate dealer for “cash on delivery”. These might be modified by further fees. If you click on "Info" you will be linked to the dealer’s details. The info-button also informs you about the address of the appropriate dealer, the shop options (including payment variants) and the shipping conditions. When you click on the shop logo or on the buy option you will be forwarded directly to the shop of the appropriate online dealer or to the product of your choice. Here you can easily order the product of your choice.

Product catalogue:
Our catalogue shows you a selection of the product categories that you can find within our portal. Please keep in mind that the catalogue is thought as an overview and help only. The specified search for a product or a product description will show you clearly more specific results and also a wider range of results.
In every product group you have the option to activate a manufacturer filter with a pull down menu. The numbers which are parenthesised will show you the amount of existing products of the chosen manufacturer, which are registered in our data base.

Supply index:

The supply index informs you about the availability of a given product and how fast it can be shipped to you. This information can only be shown if we have been informed by the dealer about his delivery times. The symbol for the availability looks like a traffic light. The single colours have the following meaning:

			The shipping for this product does not take longer than 1 week*
			The shipping for this product may take up to 3 months, or a specific shipping timeframe is known*
			You can make a request to the dealer, or the dealer can not give you a specific information about the shipping time*
			This product is not available yet*

Hint: When you click on the product a pop up window will open, in which you will find further information regarding the delivery times of the dealer. Alternatively you will get this information by moving the mouse over the traffic light symbol (this option is not available for every web browser).
